Mardi Gras is one of the most fun celebrations on earth, but it can be a bit intimidating your very first time around. That’s why we’re offering the perfect post-cruise extension (crafted by VACAYA Co-founder and New Orleans native Randle Roper) to make experiencing the BEST of New Orleans and Mardi Gras easy and fun for you!

This 4-night post-cruise extension includes the following:

Accommodations at Hotel Indigo New Orleans – French Quarter. The ENTIRE HOTEL is ours (we’ve taken all the rooms)! There will be ten different room options, each with a different price point, outlined below. 

Saturday, March 1 – Group transfers from Brilliance of the Seas to Hotel Indigo on Saturday morning

Saturday, March 1 – Early Check In at Hotel Indigo. All rooms will be ready to be occupied upon our arrival.

Saturday, March 1 – Grandstand seating on Lafayette Square (just a few blocks away from our hotel) to watch the Krewe of Endymion parade through the city this evening.

Monday, March 3 – Tonight’s the BIG one! We’re all going to the Krewe of Orpheus’ Ball, Orpheuscapade! Orpheus was founded by New Orleans legends Harry Connick, Jr., Harry Connick, Sr., and Sonny Borey, and is, without question, the gayest Mardi Gras celebration in all of New Orleans. Included in this black-tie evening are the following:

• Transportation from Hotel Indigo to the New Orleans Convention Center
• Admission to the Ball (the Ball is where the parade ends – the floats come right into the Convention Center for a massive celebration!)
• Catered Tables of 10 for our entire group, with each table receiving the following:
  • 2 Bottles of Ketel One Vodka
  • 1 Bottle of Tanqueray Gin
  • 1 Bottle of Crown Royal
  • Mixers & Sliced Fruit
  • 25 Mini Muffulettas (those are some yummy Nola sandwiches, y’all)
  • 50 Finger Sandwiches

Wednesday, March 5 – Group transfers from Hotel Indigo to New Orleans International Airport (MSY) throughout the day
